Planned & Reactive Maintenance

Ensuring quality maintenance whether it is planned to suit your business needs or as a reaction to an unknown event.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

A Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule can prevent equipment failure and breakdown before it occurs, saving you time and money.

Servest will work closely with you to create a plan that is right for your business, and a highly experienced team of mobile and site-based engineers will carry out installation, repairs and ongoing building maintenance. The versatility and technical expertise of the Servest team, means you can rely on them to deliver all of your buildings maintenance needs.

Scheduling complete or partial equipment overhauls periodically and recording any deterioration of parts so that they can be ordered in advance is the most cost-effective way of extending the life-cycle of machinery. Servest PPM will greatly reduce call out costs and labour fees, cause less disruption and minimise the risk of a potentially damaging equipment breakdown.

Reactive Maintenance

Sometimes unexpected maintenance issues can occur, and if something happens it would need to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Servest operates a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year reactive maintenance service for contracted clients, to ensure that any breakdown or problem is resolved rapidly and cost-effectively.

Services include:

  • An emergency service you can rely on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • A dedicated reactive maintenance help desk
  • Reactive national maintenance coverage by skilled, specialist engineers and approved subcontractors
  • A team of supervisors and account managers who conduct quality and compliance audits to ensure our works are completed to high and compliant standards
  • Jobs scheduled to suit you
  • Immediate response sometimes possible
  • Liveried vehicles, company uniforms and photo identity passes for security

Business Focus Maintenance

On a standard Planned Preventative Maintenance plan all equipment is given the same priority and is maintained in the same way, regardless of how often it is used or how business critical it is to your core business.

With a Servest Business Focus Maintenance Plan, which is supported by Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA) and Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), a review of all equipment is taken place to identify condition and criticality. From this information a maintenance schedule is implemented based on risk and needs of the business to maximise asset lifecycle and efficiency. The schedule is supported by a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system that will align with your key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
